Chef Steven Ferdinand received his formal culinary education at the French Culinary Institute in New York City. He has worked with Chef Joel Robuchon & Chef Marcus Samulsson and was Executive Chef at Le Zoo in New York City.

At Le Zoo Chef Ferdinand received 3 Stars and “Best Under Fifty – Seated Restaurant in Manhattan” William Grimes New York Times.

When Chef Steven became Executive Chef of Florio Cafe and Bar in San Francisco. He received 3 stars from The San Francisco Chronicle, Oakland Tribune and the restaurant was given a Michelin – Star rating.

Steven was Director of Culinary Operations for Haru Sushi as well as Hill Country Hospitality in Manhattan. Steven was also head of the kitchen at Sky Loft in Las Vegas where garnered all three, 1 Michelin- Star, Five Star and Five Diamond awards.
